He makes up his mind about you immediately and never gives you another chance. He will stand up for people who can make him look good and those who work hard he could care less about unless they are singing the Elijah role. He gives the solos to the same people even when their vibratos get out of control and they think they aren't covering their voices. He needs to retire and realize he's not hot anymore. Girls don't want him. And he needs to not just conduct in circles.

A terrible director with no talent. He hates everyone who doesn't kiss his butt. The only way to be successful in his choir is to make private visits to his office. That seems to be the only way to become one of his soloists. So watch out.
