He was arrogant. He thinks he knows everything. I found the style he wants you to write the papers to be very difficult. If you are a philosophy major you may enjoy this class, otherwise stay away!

He is a good professor. The tests are really hard because you have to memorize stuff word for word. If you're looking for an easy gen ed, stay away. The class is interesting though, and he's a funny guy. The first half of the semester was really intense, and then he slows down. Attendance is required, and you lose points if you miss even 1 class.

One of the best teachers I've ever had. His knowledge is only exceeded by his passion for the material. Makes subjects that can be dry highly entertaining. Plus, guy makes ridiculously hilarious comments.

Comment:

Larry swears a lot because he's passionate. Very much so. Committed to humanistic politics, one of the most conscientious professors I've met. Always thinking about helping the students learn, even though many of them don't care. I am incredibly impressed by him. Very fair grader, loves what he's teaching (anything ancient!). You'll love it too!

This class was pretty easy overall. Had to write a few papers, and only one exam, which was the final. Larry J swears like a pirate sometimes, but is a good guy and easy to get along with. He's a fun teacher to take, and is very knowledgeable in his area of study. Just follow his instructions/rules for writing papers and you'll get an A or B.

Prof. W is challenging yet fair. If there is a problem he will be more than willing to wrk with you on reslving it. Dr. W does a great job at explaining topics and enrgetically instrcts. The crs-wrk is immense. Dr. W does not have any cntrl over it, and is activly trying to lessn the courseload. Dr. W is the best prsn I can think of taking it with.

Larry J is a fun guy, swears a lot, and wants his students to do well. Lot of reading, but you really don't have to do it becasue he basiclly highlights all readings in class. Tests are online and super easy if you take good notes in class. Hardest part of the class is probably the writing assignments. Easy B or A if you put in the work.

It was hard to get used to him at first and yea he has a few favorites but he's still great! He truly cares about his students and our success; there is a lot of work but only because it's required. Nice guy who loves to teach!

I hated the class, but there is a lot of points so its kind of easy to get a decent grade. Easy grader and intelligent but full of himself. He has his favorites and if you're not he talks down to you. Its a required class so be ready to do a ton of work.

I dreaded taking this class, but have loved it. Waggle is engaging, extremely funny and very intelligent. He is encouraging and approachable to all students and even with his intelligence, makes you feel smart! Never demeaning and always fair, but you MUST do the readings and you MUST show up for class. Come on people, it's a couple hours a day!

One of the best teachers Ive had so far. You get 100% on the final for good attendance and he grades very fairly if you actually put work into your papers. This class is called rights and wrongs so its obvious people will have diff. opinions, he accepts them and also talks about his own. Brings a new light to ethical debates. interesing class.

You all are crazy if you think Waggle is a bad teacher. He is very intelligent and knows his stuff. He thinks in a sophistocated manner but will explain any concept if you ask.
