Dr. Gray is the most incredible professor I have ever had. She is so kind and very knowledgeable about the subjects she teaches. She is willing to help any student who is struggling, but also holds students to expectations based on their own abilities. I would recommend her to everyone.

I am somewhat disappointed by this class. I love reading, and expected to enjoy this class; however, I have only received 3 grades of 11 weekly papers turned in, and have no real idea where I stand in relation to my final grade. Feedback throughout the course was scarce. I think Dr. Gray's online class is not a priority.

I wish I could say I liked this class because I love to read novels. I think that online courses aren't a priority with Dr. Gray. Very seldom did we get feedback. It was also near the end of the semester before we got many assignments graded. So I had no idea where I stood in her class(es). I took another one with her (World Lit); same thing.

She is not afraid tackle tough questions and rocky discussion topics. She expects participation. She is a lovely person. Great fashion, however, she will spin her glasses into the void. Would not recommend sitting near her when she spins them. Also will bring full coffee mug to class and never drinks it. It is purely for aesthetic.

Dr. Gray is a great instructor. She is willing to help you, if you are willing to apply yourself. The only downfall is she does not communicate through e-campus, so you do not know what your grades are throughout the course. She even makes you wait for the grades to be posted before you know your overall grade. she is tough. Don't miss class.

Take Dr. Gray's class if you can. She is an interesting teacher and pretty nice. Her class is somewhat challenging, but not ridiculously so. Read the assigned readings and write the papers and there is no reason you can't make a good grade in her class. She gives you plenty of time to write your essays and is also helpful if you have questions.

Dr. Gray provides very interesting reading material. Promotes classroom discussion and encourages new ideas. Fair grader and willing to help. Most of the grades in this class were major papers so it is crucial that you focus improving your writing, considering you have about 10 major grades per semester. Overall, fun and enjoyable class/professor!

I only have positive things to say about Dr. Gray. I had her for Intro to Lit and she made the class very interesting. I liked the pieces that she picked for us to read and discuss. Lots of analyzing and critical thinking in her class, but it wasn't bad.

I took Prof. Gray for Comp. 1 and I thought she taught well. We did about 3 major papers but enough time was given to write them. She is friendly and I encourage taking her. I never received below a B and I ended up with an A in the class.

Pushed students to think for themselves in a seminar type atmosphere. Most students dumb to this style, but when they catch on it is very effective. Knew every bit of the material very well even though it was a newly introduced class.

This course was "supposedly" about women in the literary and visual arts, however Dr. Gray's knowledge of the visual arts was so limited that we spent most time studying lit. There are already enough classes that cover women's lit, this was supposed to help bring women artists to light.
