Comment:

She REALLY tries to make sure you understand the material in Calc 1, especially if you reach out to her. Even if you don't though, you will notice things she says to try to help you. The class requires A LOT of time for homework, but other than that, it isn't bad at all. Take any class you can with her! She is one of the best profs I've had here.

Dr. Person is awesome. You will love her. Be sure to always attend class and do the homework, even the ones that are not required to be turned in and you will do fine. She offers help all the time - take her up on it she's very good at explanations and is very clear. Tests are hard, just study. Final is hard to. A hard working student can get a 3.7.

A great math teacher. Dr. Person has a very simple and systematic way of explaining calculus. At times it may be hard to understand her point but she always takes questions during class and she explains things very well. She works with her students and wants each one to do well

Fantastic professor, moves a little fast but there is a lot to cover. Wiil help if you ask. Do the hw, study a couple hours and you will do fine. While at times it seems that class will never end, her class was over all very benificial.

She's pretty good at teaching, though she is also pretty boring and bland. Class went well with her, but before I had her as a professor, I went to her concerning MAHDAVI. She didn't care about the fact that he wasn't teaching us anything. This and arguments in class made me see that she can be extremely obnoxious if you say she's wrong.

She has a brillant mind, and can teach math with incrediable ease. Although her classes are rather tough she's an amazing teacher, and has a great sense of humor.
