Comment:

Laura is the best instructor I have ever had. She is very passionate about the human body and teaching. She truly cares about her students and shows interest in there lives. There are 4 test plus online homework. If you study for the test, passing is easy. Missing class should not be a problem if you have a good reason and make up the work missed

Comment:

Professor Ritt is a good woman, but she gives an extensive amount of notes that are pretyped so she goes through them pretty quickly. My advice would be schedule a tutor to simplify it all for you because even if you think you got a good grade on a test, there is a high possibility you didnt her tests are very hard and confusing and can trick you.

Finished this class with a 89. Did not offer any extra credit to bump it up a 90. Is a very nice lady but the class is very hard. Probably one of the hardest classes I have taken. Tons of homework as well but it helps bump up your grade.

her tests are very difficult.. use powerpoint on bb to study and notes!! the entire semester is all about note taking so don't miss class!! doesn't offer any extra credit very difficult course

Her tests are her notes so you must study and memorize the notes so you don't need the book. She is a tough grader but always available to help and does reviews before the test. You MUST study to pass.

There is no extra credit for those who get nervous with test this is not the class for you. She gives 1.5 min to answer and you are not able to view the rest if the test to at least answer what is easier for you so that adds added stress I have looked over all her notes and on her test there are more things that she puts on the test!!!

do not be deceived by everyone making it seem like just studying her notes are easy because it's not. I'd study for hours and still did not pass the class, and i have a 3.4 GPA. she'd add on stuff she didn't teach on the test. she is the reason why i changed my major. she doesn't offer any help because "it's not fair to the rest of the class".

You have to memorize a lot but if you show up and take notes you will pass. You copy her notes from the projector every class and she's always there to answer questions. You do not need the book, just study your notes. Your final grade is based off of your 4 test grades and final.

BEST professor at RCBC -seriously. Extremely knowledgeable and uses excellent examples to get the point across. Cares about her students. Text not needed, don't waste $. Notes are done overhead, so lots of writing -reinforces memory. teaches directly from notes. No quizzes, no HW. Come to class, take notes, and study hard, you will get an A.

Best professor at BCC hands down. Had her for A&P 1 & 2 over a year ago and I STILL miss her class! Smart lady with funny stories. All test info is directly from the notes which she hand writes as she lectures. Make little notes of things she says in addition to what she writes!!! There is a LOT of information on her tests but just study hard

I took Prof. Ritt's Anatomy & Physiology II lecture. SHE IS AMAZING!!!! I passed with a B+. She doesn't make you buy the textbook and bases all her tests off her notes (which are clear and concise). I would 100% recommend anyone to take her class.

Fantastic teacher. For an anatomy class, her class was easier than usual. She does not use the text book at all! The tests come straight from the notes she gives you during class, so you cannot miss a class. Very helpful, smart, and considerate.

Laura is fantastic teacher! Had her for both A&P I & II. She does NOT require you buy the book, very clear that the class is from her notes alone (pertinent info. no fluff). Drops the lowest exam grade! Her stories and willingness to help make her fun & memorable. Provided you study your notes you will get a good grade.

Smart woman, awful professor. She requires that you buy the textbook, but only tests on her notes. Her notes are very confusing and go to far into small detail. Her tests are essay and fill in the blank. I would not recommend taking her if you would actually like to learn!

Had Mrs. Ritt for AnatomyII and she is one of the best professors I've had so far at BCC. Her lectures are clear and she writes the notes with you so you will never get left behind. Her exams are fair. Never used the text book. Just study her notes and you will pass this class with flying colors and also learn a lot in the process! Take her!

Awesome teacher! She's great at explaining things and is happy to answer questions and go over things more than once. Her tests are only tough if you don't study. She knows what she's talking about and gives you what you need to know. I enjoyed her class and was so happy to have her as my professor!

Ms. Ritt is a good teacher and explains the topic well. The lecture is very easy to understand and she goes in depth with the material. The only difficult thing about this class is the test because it is a lot of material. All questions are very detailed so you must know every little thing from her lecture notes. A textbook is not needed!

She is good teacher but her tests are outrageously hard. I dont think that they need to be as hard as they are. There are essays on them. Your grade is based fully on your test grade. I studied my tail off for every test and still rcvd a C in her class.
