Also had her for 211,212,350&301. She will stop whatever she's doing to help you even though she teaches a lot of courses. Very good about helping with schedule conflicts. A little awkward in lecture, but it's very easy to get used to and she is allowing time for thoughts and questions. Gives very good feedback on quizzes. I'm glad that I had her.

There is a real disconnect between the information Dr. Weinkauf goes over in class and the material on the tests. Be prepared for random theoretical questions and much harder math problems than the ones she works out in class. The online homework helps, but often it was due at 8 A.M., which was inconvenient. It's not a bad class, just frustrating.

Her tests are hard! You must study and attend every class. She likes discussion questions on tests which are harder than just the math problems. She is really nice though and will help any way she can.

I love Dr. Weinkauf! I thought that her notes were very clear and her tests came straight from her notes and our class discussions. She has also been extremely helpful outside of class. I would definitely take her again if given the opportunity!! To all of those that griped about needing to know physics to take her: hello, she's a PHYSICS teacher!

the most miserable course I have ever taken. She looks at you as if you are crazy if you ask a question. I believe that she thinks everyone that does not understand things her way just can not understand. EXTREMELY BORING!!!!!!

She was always out in lala land and was very difficult to talk to. I had and have never made anything below an A in any course yet I made a B by luck in her course. Do not recommend her unless you are just crazy about Physics as she is.
