I study Architecture and I took the class because it was the only class available for the time that I needed. I loved her teaching style, she is so energetic and really truly loves the material. I am not sure how she made me excited for class, but she did. I may not have agreed with a lot of the concepts, but I learned a lot and enjoyed the class.

I took consumer culture over the summer with Dr. Graham and she was the perfect teacher for this class. The class is from 9:30a-1:00 T, TH. So takes notes with the class and is very entertaining, so you don't feel like you're going to die everytime T, TH rolls around. If you do the reading and participate in class you'll do well.

She has a great way of taking notes and keeping your interest in class, but there are just not enough grades. Only 2 exams, 1 quiz & 10% participation. If you bomb one exam, there's no way to bring it back it up. Never pop quizzes, just mandatory attendance. Overall, good professor and course.

Professor Graham is a great professor. Our class started at 9:30am and I still looked forward to it. She is extremely helpful. You can tell she really cares about her students. I'd recommend her Classical Theory class to anyone and look forward to potentially taking her Consumer Culture class!

I don't know how she did it, but she actually made Classical Theory interesting and easy to understand. She was a guest speaker in another one of my classes and even made that material easy to understand. She really has a knack for communicating the information and her grading is very fair.

I was in Professor Graham's Classical Theory class and I can honestly say I enjoyed every minute of this class (and it was 3 hrs long on Thursdays!). This professor is really passionate about the material and extremely funny. I hope to take other classes she offers in the future. Highly recommended. :)

Took for Sustainable Consumption, and I honestly can't say I learned anything worthwhile, but I can say that Dr. Graham is passionate about what she teaches. Easy class, just follow the instructions for assignments and do the readings.

Dr. Graham is one of my favorite professors so far. She's the ideal professor (helpful, crystal clear, funny, etc). I would recommend her to anybody even if they aren't soc majors. She knows the ins and outs about grad school too and is beyond helpful in that area! Fantastic!

Professor Graham is just a very down-to-earth, realistic woman. She is funny, she generates interest in an otherwise boring subject, and her lectures are crystal clear. The tests are simple (mult. choice w/ one essay - questions based on lectures, not readings). Attendance taken every day. I did fine and never did the readings. Fun teacher.

had for special topic. Wrote outlines on overhead as we went, very easy to follow, posts anything online if you ask. Three projects were VERY easy and she gave us a lot of time to do them. I am not a soc major but everyone that had her for soc classes seemed to love her. Really funny and quirky. Will call you out if you're being rude in class.

Very gifted professor. If you are good with outline form notes, you will thrive in her class. I have a high A in the class and have never done the readings, so if you show up and take good notes, you can easily pass this class.

Great Teacher! The textbook was NEVER used and she basically posted the reading from the text on blackboard. Do not bother buying the book.Take notes and go to the review sesiion. Easy A but if you slack off with the notes, its easy to get a C. Great class and funny professor.

I agree with the other comments. This class is not an easy "A" She is a really nice professor. Very smart and interesting. She does take attendance randomly which counts toward your participation grade. She gives study guides for her test but her test are tricky and a little difficult. Overall she is a good professor. I would take her again.

Professor Graham was sick some this semester, we had 5 different professors and then Professor Graham came back a month before class was to end. Test and quizzes are very tricky and worded very different from her lectures. must review the study guides for test and quizzes. I DO NOT THINK I WOULD TAKE ANOTHER CLASS WITH HER.

I enjoyed this course, there was not book (a big plus) and she keep things interesting. I have to admit that I never read any of the articles she posted on Blackboard but I still got a B by attending class and taking notes. Would take her again if I could.
