Not a great professor. Does not clarify topics, and her exams are super hard. Went to office hours waited 1 hour most times to see her, and speaking w her was not helpful. Had Dr. French for bio as well, she does not dumb things down or break things step by step. Tests are hard af, just don't take and course with her teaching.

This Professor is great, but bio221 might not be the class she is best at teaching. She is willing to help you and is very understandable. Exams are confusing just because she is probably not use to teaching the course. Lectures can be a little confusing, but if you read the book then you'll do fine.

She's a good prof, but sort of disorganized. She reads right off of her notes, and gets flustered if you ask her a question that she didn't cover. I think she can be pretty rude to students at times, especially when they ask a question in front of the class. I didn't appreciate that.

Absolutely LOOOOVE her! I agree with everyone here that she's not the easiest professor, but she's extremely knowledgeable about her subject matter and really cares about her students. Take her, especially if you are really interested in the subject matter, you'll learn tons.

I had her for the module on bioluminescing E. coli. The material was more difficult than in the other modules, and she definitely expected more in the presentations and other class activities than the other professors involved. Overall she was a good teacher and helped to engage us in the material.
