Wohl is an interesting man. Very sarcastic, but knows his tax law. Exams are open book and fair. He is not very personable, but he is rather funny.

He is a very good professor who you should definately take for corps. However, tax is at 8 in the morning and he has sort of a jeckyl and hyde demeanor. Also, he gives out B's like they're tootsie rolls.
