Take if you want an easy A! Love how she teaches. She goes kinda slow. Definitely do the homework. She let us choose how we wanted our homework graded, by check in at tests or random pop quizzes. Always goes over the problems for the testquiz. Tons of extra credit.

Her class could be boring at times, but then again, it's math. There were no tests, only 6 "projects," which are just worksheets with some problems, and one final presentation. If you attend class and at least try, then you are guaranteed an A. Definitely would recommend this class to anyone.

Oh, and TONS of extra credit, every friday she takes a prediction for the bears game score and as-long as they win you get points.Lectures only cover one or 2 points of the lesson you have teach yourself alot. Cheat sheet on all tests/quizes. Easy A

Very nice lady. I wish all professors had manners like hers. Patient, helpful, and easy to get along with. It was kind of like being in high school. She is unclear a lot of times and kind of screws you over on tests if you don't nag her about each question. But presentation makes up for it. Easy, fun class, only math class needed for core.

AWESOME!!! this class was great. I am the worst in math and I got an A so you know it has to be easy. EVERY test is take home! there is one project and every single person gets a 100%!! She really is a wonderful person and cares about her students. Take this class if you are bad in math, need it for core, and want an easy A!

Although she tries to make class interesting, her lectures are boring and dont cover anything. As someone else said, we pay a lot of money to go to Loyola, and I have yet to learn in her class. Definitely has favorites and comes off mean to those who aren't. If you're looking for an easy A take her. If you're looking to learn, take someone else

Easiest class at Loyola. 1 project (everyone gets 100%), 2 or 3 take-home tests, and most of the class time is spent watching people's presentations, so she rarely teaches. She's not lazy--she does care about her students and will help you if you need it. She wants you to learn math that will help you in the real world.

take if you're a moron and don't like to learn. They should change the title of the class to math for dummies. Everything in this class was about the level of 7th grade math. 2 projects and a take home test made up the grade which i could do in my sleep. Sometimes an easy A isn't worth it. I pay a lot of money 2 go here and would like to learn

Easiest teacher I've ever had. But she doesn't really teach. Gives a "mulligan" if the class bombs a test and homework is "extra credit". Easy class and nice lady, but definitely doesn't prepare you for any math class to come. (hopefully 118 won't be difficult!!)

A super easy course that was required for the Core. There are 2 projects and 1 test in the semester. The final consists of a project that can be simple mathematics. The first month of class is learning about graphs, the rest of the semester is listening to projects. She has a great sense of humor and keeps you awake. It's a great class take it
