Way better than Lindquist! He's a really fun guy. He makes a lot of jokes and keeps your attention. He does expect you to come to class and do your homework. He explains the stuff very well and goes over the hw in class. Tests are just like the homework, so if you do your work you will be fine. I learned a lot from him.

He does not explain the homework before you have to do it... you do it on your own, then he explains it, so if you get something wrong, he makes fun of you. He tries to be funny but ends up hurting people's feelings. Only likes you if you're doing well in the class. Tests are extremely long and hard if you're lost in class.

If you're gonna sit for the exam you need to take this class...hard as hell but you'll learn if you want to. Tons of work but if you're takin this class you're used to it by now. Covers material very quickly and expects you to do most work on your own.

Cares about his students learning. Very willing to answer questions in/outside of class. Keep up on assigned homework. Isn't a teacher who is going to hand you an easy A. If you stay on top of the homework and study for the test, you will for sure have an A. Recommend this prof. 05/06 is last year.

Only take this class if you have a lot of self-motivation. His class isn't very hard, but you absolutely have to do the hmw when it is assigned. You will get NOTHING out of class without having your homework done. Be ready for pop quizes half way thru the semester when people start slacking.

His tests and quizes are easier than I expected. They questions are similar to the review mannual. If you have trouble when you SHOULD have seen the problems and read the explinations, it's your own fault, not his. Studying and keeping up is expected and required!

He seems to enjoy the fact that he makes about half of the class drop right away. Most of the class is him calling on students and yelling at them if they don't know the answer right away instead of actual teaching. Tests are hard, too. Bad teacher overall.

The BEST prof I ever had! Sure, he's tough, but have you sat for the EXAM?!? He is approachable if you try and is great at explaining things. UNI will soon be losing one of its bets ASSETS. He is the reason UNI is in the Top 10 every year on CPA pass rate. If he's too hard, you need a new major!
