His class is not easy, but if you go to class, study the power point presentations, and not only memorize the material but understand how it works--getting an A is definitely manageable. He was really helpful and nice when I was very ill this past quarter, and took the time to make sure I understood the material before the final.

Awful Prof. Really boring. Reads straight off of the online power point. Very stubborn and questions are very unclear on test and quizs. Also doesn't us + and - system get a be and it kills GPA

took for bio101,102,103 and microbiology. he puts all of his notes online and you really don't need the textbook. i liked the guy but apparently other people don't feel the same way. he's easy going and you can do really well on the exams if you study the notes.

This guy is really boreing!! He took a class that i was realy looking forward to and ruined it. I love labs, but he wouldn't answer questions. He would say "I'm not going to do it for you." Well I wasn't asking you to do It for me, I was asking you to teach me. I hear he isn't that bad for reg bio but don't take him for microbio!

Ok, I liked biology, until I had it with this guy. He used the "I'm the professor, so I am right" excuse for unfairly making an answer wrong on a quiz. I hated the class, and really, all you need are his Power Point lectures from Blackboard to get an A...no need to even buy the book.

He really does speak in monotone and I slept quite a lot. I did most of my work on blackboard and only came to lab the second quarter I had him because the lectures were online. I got a B+. He just made a subject i love pretty boring.
