Had alot of knowledge to offer, but his arrogance made the class unenjoyable and hindered learning. tests are impossible and he is extremely stubborn about grading; do not take unless already an expert in subj or dont care about walking away with a bad grade;if not concerend about grade, u can learn some useful info - just put his arrogance aside.

Nice guy. Exams are very tough. You will sit through class and have no idea what to take notes on from time to time. Prof. Hershoff can also be a little arrogant at times, but is generally a good instructor. Homework, presentation, and readings. Don't miss a class.
