Easy A. Very fun cooking class. Pay attention. Write down key notes on power points. Take exams with a friend (or two)...they're online. DO YOUR DISHES. Participate fairly often.

Her class was pretty easy, but tests were hard. Write everything from power points down on one sheet of notes for tests. Field trips were useless and had nothing to do with class. Knowledge in the industry and has many connections. She is someone you want to know when it comes to networking.

Absolutely the worst teacher at Ferris! She lectures on things that aren't even on the exams, and don't even bother arguing questions with her! She plans the dumbest field trips ever that only get you in trouble for your other classes. Worst ever!

Leanne is great and brings a lot of real world experiences to the classroom. Willing to help if you need it. Lectures were mostly just power points and for the labs you and your partner were pretty much on your own usually. Tests are T/F and multiple choice, allowed 1 page of handwriten notes, gives you a study guide. Sounds easy but they aren't.
