I'm going to miss him so much! He retires at the end of this semester and I literally cried when I found out. Dr. Gray is such an amazing person and makes geology really fun. He actually inspired me to major in geology! 3

Dr. Gray is definitely my favorite professor! He makes geology fun and has the cheesiest jokes you will ever hear. Just take notes, pay attention, and don't wear a hat to class.

Most only get to see Lee Gray in the intro classes where he's funny. In the upper courses, he's different. Can be calm one moment & the very next (if you don't immediately understand his material) he'll flip on you into a blind rage. Someone mentioned he may be bipolar - well he is, so be aware of that! Flaky adviser, unless you're a GEOLOGY major.

Oh boy, 8 AM was a struggle, as was learning about this crap. He is animated to say the least, but he cares about you. Lab wasn't horrible either. He is the one you want for Geology.

Oh man, at 8 AM the only guy that could be excited about rocks. I didn't like the material at all, but Prof Gray is so excited to be there, it made it a decent class. Absolutely great, and if you like geology, you'll love him.

He was funny in the beginning, but it got old really fast. He's so obsessed with the class that you just want to rip your hair out. He takes 10min out of each class to take attendance. Get a life. Each test is only worth 50 points so you can study for a week straight but if you miss 4 you have a B.
