Salamini was a challenge and a joy. Many of the comments I have read are demeaning and ridiculous; why did these people take this class - to sleep? I will always remember his lessons, the new ideas he opened to me, and the passion with which he taught; he said to me once, "The important thing is that you learn." Bradley is blessed to have him.

Has no concept of reality, would starve to death and live on the street if the university were not paying him to babble about things that only matter to other academics like him. Most worthless class of my life, absolutely nothing gained. The fact that the university made this guy a department head makes me ashamed that I go here.

Do not take his classes! He is so boring. His lectures consist of him holding the book in the front of the class and reading from it word for word for 1 hour and 15 minutes! His exams are all essays and he is very picky about what he wants. Hard class and boring teacher. Don't skip he lowers your grade.

Ok the class really couldn't get easier. He gives you the possible questions he'd ask on the test, then lets you use an outline you made for answers. Then the lowest A is an 88, 87 if you go to class. His accent is tough but he's amusing always waving his hands around.

If you love to listen to SOC lectures, you'll like him. 320 doesn't leave much room for error, since in a way it's just a history class. but his other classes can be very thought provoking. All in all, I love the guy.

He definately knows what he is talking about. You have to either read everything that he gives you or get your butt to those early classes, because there is no hope of even pulling a C in this class without some clarity.

This is a life altering class. You have to listen as Leo lectures in the European style. Come to the class with an open mind. You do not have to agree with critical theory, you just have to show that you understand the material then you can RIP it...

a LOT of material. if you know your stuff from lectures and the book, then you can get a B. but there's a LOT of theories and sociologist whom you must be familiar with for tests.

9:00 AM is too early for any teacher that doesn't speak English well. He once said, What am I talking about? This is very important, but I don't remember why right now. Lectures are very dry along w/ the material.Stay caught up if you take this clas
