Mrs. Day is a great teacher for the elementary program. She gives you a boat load of work but it's only to prepare you for what's to come as a teacher. She's reasonable and gives you a lot of extra credit opportunities. Loved her bubbly personality, and positive reassurance. If you didn't like this class, teaching may not be for you.

Mrs. Day is a wonderful person, but I do believe the work load was a bit too much. I often struggled to keep up with it along with all my other classes. But the class always was interesting and fun, and if you want to be a teacher though, this class is a must with Mrs. Day.

Mrs. Day really made this class awesome. Some people have a problem with her because she comes off strong but she truly cares about her students and is always willing to work with you. Make sure you attend every class and get the text book. There is ALOT of work but most of it is very easy. Overall it is a GREAT CLASS!!!

PROFESSOR DAY IS A VERY GOOD PROFESSOR. SHE EXPLAINS EVERYTHING CLEAR AND SHE IS ALWAYS WILING TO SIT WITH YOU AND EXPLAIN THE WORK. ALL OF HER JOURNALS AND QUIZES ARE VERY EASY. MOST OF THEM ARE OPEN BOOK ONLY TEN QUESTIONS.

This was a great class! I really learned so much from this class! Tons and tons of hw (2+ hrs a night)but its worth it becuase you learn so much. Mrs. Day was always available for help. Be at every class or you truly will fall behind. I got an A in this class but I had to work RELLLYYY hard for it

was a LOT of work, as a result I struggled in other classes. she grades fairly, HOWEVER I got mostly A's a few B's ,only missed a few classes but somehow got a C. I wouldn't recommend taking this class unless you are a PERFECT student. If you're not overly committed or have a chance of missing a few classes be cautious!!

This was a great class to take. The class itself was alot of work, but the work was doable. She gives homework every night and is a fair grader. You learn alot and actually take in the information that is being learned. She is very helpful and the class overall is fun.

TAKE THIS CLASS WITH HER. She clarifyed all questions I had, and helped me plan where to go next. She really goes out of her way to help her students, beyond just helping pass the course. Very nice lady. You will work, this class probbaly weeds out people that aren't really ready for becoming a teacher. You also get field experience.
