Professor Batakci is truly a good teacher when it comes to Probabilty & Statistics (MA 251). She clarifies the material before moving on and her reviews are exactly like the exam. As long as you attend class and do the review worksheets, you will do great on her tests! She also has other opportunities for grades besides just exams.

I am not a math person at all, but she made this class very easy and enjoyable! She is more than happy to help you out whenever you need it, and a very reasonable and fair professor. I really enjoyed the class and her, even though I was not good in math going in!

Had Calc 1 w/Thorsen and Batakci is an awesome follow up in calc 2. Sometimes she flies through an example only to realize that she messed up, but she always corrects herself immediately. Really helpful outside of the classroom and is so hilarious! You get used to her foreign accent quickly.
