If I could go back in time and stop myself from taking this class, I would. He somehow managed to make an interesting course very, very boring. The only good things about this class are the novels he assigns to read, the guest speakers, and the field trip to Philhaven.

Very unhelpful teacher. I love psychology, but I had to force myself to come to classes. He does not teach at all. Class time is reserved for YouTube videos that barely correlate to the material. There are weekly quizzes. The text is easy to read and fun- the only good part of the class. Avoid if possible! He made an interesting course boring.

Pretty boring professor, had to read from the textbook for every class because there were quizzes on the chapters. Very monotone, won't remember your name. Interesting material if you enjoy psychology, but you basically learn the information yourself from when you read the book each week. Final not very difficult, just writing essays.

I really liked him. I had him for General and found it really dry, but Abnormal is something he is much more passionate about. A lot of group activities and real life role playing. Very helpful!

He is not willing to work with or aid you if needed. And if you do try to get help he tells you the same stuff he went over in class so if you had trouble the first time, good luck the second time. He is extremely boring and doesn't teach anything.

The entire class consists of reading a chapter and taking quizzes almost every class. The quizzes are not really that hard, but you do have to prepare for them. Overall, I thought the class was extremely easy. However, if you do not read the text you will not do well, because he does not go over the material in class that you read in the book.

I'm a psych major and having gen psych with dennis was a really bad idea. maybe it was because i had it at 8 am but he did not help with my problems and all he did was lecture. alot of the test questions did not have anything to do with what we talked about and you usually have to read inbetween the lines
