Professor O'Brien is quite the character. He's really funny and tells hilarious stories about being in the film industry. He's also very interested and passionate about film in general and he shows that through his lectures. Overall, he's a very fun guy but at times he was unclear about some assignments so it got confusing a little bit.

He has good personal stories about when he worked in the film industry. He teaches you a lot of useful info you will need to know. Full length of class is often used but im glad he does because their is a lot of good things to learn. We also watch movies and write papers on them. The exams are tough 'cause he can use anything he said in class.

He can be pretty disorganized but hes good. He goes off on tangents about his life all the time but it can be entertaining. The actual work he assigns might be harder then other sections but hes a very easy grader and always pushes deadlines back. Tells you exactly whats on tests.

He's an awesome teacher. Someone you can look up to. He's a sweetheart and a great human being. You will learn a great deal in the field. He'll show you how to sneak into Universal Studios. Overall he's one of the best professors I've had.
