She is the best professor at Mount Holyoke College, but also an incredible person! She loves her students, her field and has been at MHC for the longest time. Her class is amazing- you learn so much and she pushes you to go further with learning. Prof. Lilian is a true role model. Very sad she is retiring...

She is such a nice person. If you see her the first time, you get intimidated but if you know her outside of class. She is a amazing person and professor. Also her class is worth it! You learn SO much that you don't have to take Biochemistry in grad-school or medical school. It is tough and hard but very very rewarding.

A wonderful human being. I love her as an advisor and a mentor. She will challenge you and attention to lectures is key. You should learn to write at high speed. She seems intimidating and ruthless but is not as much in reality. Pay attention and don't BS and you'll be fine.

strain every muscle you have for this class, and you will enjoy how clean the way she present materials to the class. Do your reading, Attend classes with FULL attention, and most importantly, practice questions until you mumble during sleep... she's much easier comparing to 10 yrs ago, but still an energy-consuming class indeed.
