Mrs. Crawford is very nice to the point of being kind of creepy. She had a hard time with personal space at times. If we were working on a problem , shed might come and hover over you as worked without saying a word. But she did care a lot about our learning , just a little intense for me .

She will make you change every idea you ever had about math! She will make you a great teacher, but will force you to think outside of the box. Her classes fly by with tons of group work and inductive learning. Tests = a lot of writing. Love her!!

Dr. Crawford is a great teacher. She explains everything, gives great examples, and we had a lot of hands on activities. She helps you realize why and how we actually do math. She is tuff! She does take points off for grammar, etc. That is because we are supposed to be teachers! Otherwise, she is amazing! Just ask questions if you need help!!

This class makes you a better teacher! I am currently a 3rd grade teacher and all of my student's passed the CRCT because I didn't have them memorize an algorithm but had them explain their answers. If it wasn't for Dr. Crawford forcing me, YES FORCING me to open my mind, I wouldn't have been able to expand my student's knowledge.

I had Dr. Crawford for two math classes and I could not have asked for a better teacher! At first, thought she was a little crazy, but later realized that I learned so much from her class. She is amazing at getting you to understand the concepts she is teaching. Out off all the teachers in the Early Education Program, she is by far the best!

She is one of the most passionate teachers at ASU - she ADORES math! She is enthusiastic & makes you want to learn. She does grade rather hard, & her tests are extremely long, but you really will walk out of her class with a wealth of knowledge. I got a B in Geometry & Number Sense - I should have had an A; but she is still a phenomenal teacher!

She does not want to be wrong.Her tests takes too long to complete.You have to explain how you got the answers.I did not finish an 8 question test,I had 1 hour and 15 minutes.I explained a homework problem to a fellow classmate.She got(5/5)and I got(2/5).I redid the problem using the classmate's paper.It was still wrong.Hate her! Hate her!Hate her!

Horrible... don't take if you don't have to. She treats you like middle schoolers, makes you derive rediculus formulas, he tests are too long and she wants you to WRITE out HOW to do the problem not just answer it. I don't recommend at all!! (I made a B by the way)

Very helpful and always willing to help anyone. In this case I felt like I was math-dyslexic I just couldn't get some of the stuff. She did her best to get through to me but I had a hard time the first go-around. Had to take it again and I chose Mrs. Crawford again and made it through this time.
