She is a very nice lady and tries to engage the class. I get the feeling that she doesn't know the material very well in class and that she isn't very prepared. Usually, I feel like I understand the material pretty well, and then I go to class and get more confused. I recommend using commercial outlines to get clearer understanding.

Trusts and Estates was a fun class but the final was horrific. I don't feel the final reflected what I actually learned in class.

Kelly-Hill should teach Family Therapy instead of Family Law. She would assign ~30 pgs, but wouldn't get to most of them because she would let students discuss their feelings, if a goldfish is a vertebrae, or why marriage should only be religious instead of analyzing law. Her cold call method was unorganized, & her exam was LOOSELY book/statute bas

Family Law. Absolutely the WORST. It would have been nice to learn something other than my classmates' family dramas. I can't believe I paid tuition for that class. Class was all public policy, exam was random - she tested things we barely touched on in class (or in the reading). Just awful.

Immigration law is her thing and she is great in that class. Trusts and Estates is not her thing, and she wasn't as enthusiastic about it. She's competent, not boring, and exams are fair.

Overall wasn't the worst professor, but tends to not know the subject matter very well. Questions are not answered, and material is not explained, but just read to us.

Great professor. Doesn't assign too much reading and normally you only get called on once every two weeks. Keeps your attention despite being a boring topic.

Very straight forward no surprises in her class. Calls on students in a systematic way so you know when you have to read. Fair exam. Liked the emphasis on Indiana Family Law.
