Teacher is very demanding on assignments. Working full time with two kids and trying to keep up with this class and another class is almost impossible. Try to scrape by and good luck to those who decide to take this professor.

She was a good teacher. Assignments and tests are rather tough if you don't read the book because she lectures outside of the book. Tests don't count against you as long as you pass them. 3 chances to pass each test. Interesting class.

Her class is a lot of work, & somewhat challenging. I took it as a summer online & was amazed by the amount of work that was involved. She is willing to help with questions. She has no tolerance for late work so be on time.

Her class is a lot of work. I took it online in the summer of 09 and we read about 150 pages, did a discussion, 4 assignments and a quiz each week. There was also a midterm and final at the proctor lab, but they were pass/fail. She is no nonsense when it comes to getting your work in on time. Do the work and it's okay.

I have taken several online classes, but her online Psychology course is absolutely ridiculous. She is pretty thorough in her assignment instructions, but the amount of content that she expects you to teach yourself is enough to fill a semester of its own.

Loved Prof. Lebie! At first I was leary, but then once the class got going, I loved the class. she is funny, clear, and you can tell she loves teaching the class. She also clearly wants the students to succeed. TAKE HER!! You wont regret it.

She was very funny and interesting to listen to at first, but when we started taking quizzes and doing activities a lot of people were lost. She did not spend a lot of time explaining things and making sure we understood until after we did poorly on the quizzes.

I had Dr. Lebie for both Intro and Abnormal. I can honestly say she is the reason I changed my major to psychology. I almost never had to open my book because she explains things so well and I've been able to retain nearly all of the info. She gives students more than enough opportunities to receive a good grade, but you'll get the grade you earn.

She is very rude. I'm an A student and put a great deal of time into this class and still coming out struggling. The material is not hard. However, she makes the simplest things impossible. She is very unclear in her instructions. Take this class with another teacher if you care about your grades at all.

I loved Dr.Lebie! She makes you earn your grade, but she is full of info. Just listen when she speaks. She gives alot of helpful hints on how to remember certain things. If you don't understand something, ask her about it. Do the extra credit!

She is a riot!Lebie is a crazy lady putting it lightly, but she knows her stuff.A little harsh but she is not impossible. She is a teddy bear inside the shark exterior. I was scared at first but go by her office, see how human she is and just do the work. Not recommended as an elective, only take it if necessary because you have to study alot!

I had her for Intro and Abnormal Psych. She is an awsome teacher. If you are looking for a blow off class don't take her. You have to do the work and study, but you will learn a lot. She really knows her stuff! I would highly recommend her if you actually want to learn something!

Dr. Lebie is a highly intelligent individual. She is an asset to LLC, and the fact that she teaches at "a junior college" does not have any bearing on her teaching ability. In fact, she did teach at U of I for a while. Oh, and if she is arrogant, I believe it is well deserved.
