I ended up taking this class to fulfill a general education class and really enjoyed the class. It's a very interesting class and I learned so much! She is very good at responding to emails and is very helpful if you need help. Everything is clear on what you need to do for the week.

Of all my Professors at Holyoke Community College, she is been the worst! Dr. Meccouri belittles students, is very condescending when addressing students. This professor has no personal skills and is very bossy when interacting with other professors. I would not take another class with her again.

I WAS NOT INTERESTED IN THIS CLASS WHEN I FIRST WALKED IN.I LOVED THIS CLASS.SHE IS A WONDERFUL PROFESSOR.SHE WANTS HER STUDENTS TO SUCCEED. I MADE GREAT FRIENDS BECAUSE SHE HAD US ALL INTERACT IN GROUPS AND GO TO RELIGIOUS MEETINGS TOGETHER. I RECOMMEND THIS CLASS.I LEARNED SO MUCH ABOUT RELIGIONS OF THE WORLD AND THE IMPORTANCE IN PEOPLE'S LIVES.

I had Prof Meccouri many years ago and again more recently. She was and is one of my favorites. She is out there in the best of ways. Very intelligent and friendly. Listen and learn, you will be better for it.

I will never take her class again, she completely ruined the experience for me about the class I was so excited about. Her online teaching methods make no sense to me, plus she only gives you extra credit points if you give her positive feedback, for negative feedback you get 0. Go figure...DO NOT take a online class with her!

Dr. Meccouri is the best teacher a student can ask for. She wants all her students to succeed and genuinely cares for them. Her expectations can be high but they should be for this level and she sets them that way for your own benefit. I love her style of teaching and believe other professors should take lessons from her! Highly recommend her!!!

Excellent teacher - cares about students and is brilliant about her subject- computers or religion - she has it all! She is strict about attendance but *never* boring to those who take responsibility. Take any of her classes.
