Professor Boyd is an amazing professor. She makes her lectures interesting and if you study and learn the material (memorization) and know how to apply it (she talks about past cases and I how they applied the law in those particular instances) you should do well on the tests. There also seemed to be an emphasis on contract law, so know it well.

Prof. Boyd is a wonderful, enthusiastic person and her Legal Envir. is one I always looked forward to! Her exams are very difficult, so make sure to write down everything she says in class. The other assignments she gives are really easy, and are meant to be "grade boosters" so take advantage of these! Overall, a wonderful class and professor.
