Comment:

Very professional and good hearted. Never felt too scared to ask a question. She will take time and help you and never gets frustrated with students. She is a real gem to Moravian College. I'm glad I took my last math credit in her class.

Study all homework problems, you should pass. exams are hard but she does curve. Lectures get boring but as long as you study the practice problems you should be fine.

One of the worst classes I've ever taken. She is not helpful what so ever. She reads from her paper and barely explains a problem. She expects you to understand the material right away and when you ask for help she re-reads what she already had said from her paper. I do not recommend taking her class.

i asked her for help she said she was to busy she's never available to help in her office hours even if you don't understand something she just keeps on going she's like you understand evetualy ask her to show ones on the board from homework forget it she says its kinda long. you can never read her writing forget it.

Ravelle is a sweetheart. She is an AMAZING professor. She's clear about what you should know and what she expects from you. There are no quizes. The homework was rare and extremely doable. There were four tests including the final, which was not cumulative. If you take decent notes, you should do very well. I strongly reccomend her!

She's a fantastic professor. She very pleasant, clear in her assignments and lectures, and helpful. She grade pretty easy and her tests aren't very hard (as long as you're decently familiar with the material). I'd highly recommend her.

Dr. Ravelle is GREAT. She is smart, sincere, and really takes an interest in her students. Lecture is a slight negative, but I finished the class having retained a ton of material. Exams are difficult, so studying is a must. She is very responsive to questions - either in class, her office, or via email. I highly recommend taking one of her courses

I could not disagree more with the previous commentator. Dr. Ravelle is VERY accommodating when it comes it helping students. She's always willing to meet and is very responsive to e-mails. Although her PowerPoints can become a little monotonous, they guide the material and serve as excellent study tools. She always gives feedback on assignments.

Did not make an effort to help, when I asked for extra help she told me to ask some one else, when I emailed her a question like she said she never returned my email. During Class she did not help, she looked at me and told me that I would eventually figure it out. She also does no work herself everything, even her powerpoints are out of the book.

Dr. Ravelle is an incredible professor. She is highly intelligent, multi-disciplined, and truly wants students to succeed. Her lectures were extremely clear, her demeanor was always positive, and she was eager and willing to help anyone who asked. I am elated to have had this professor and cannot wait to take her other course next semester!

Lots of work.She wants us to LEARN> therefore encourages lots of class participation.Homework is graded highly,and if you wait till last minute you may eventually not do most of them and get a ZERO.But they are a big part of the class, if you get them done early enough,Im sure she will help w/wrong answers and inturn get a 100% on all homework.

Made me take economics classes with her all the time. Not by force but by the way she taught it. RECOMMENDED to everyone. One of the best teachers I've ever had!
