no matter what anyone tells you, she is a ridiculously bad teacher. Shes quite nice as a person but also VERY BORING and with an hour and a half class its hard to listen to her at all. On top of that she makes the test about everything we didnt focus on in class. trust me please, for the love of god, DONT TAKE THIS CLASS!

I LOVED this class, the teacher is nice and keeps lecture varied. Most of lecture is her talking but she doesn't rely on notes and has great visuals and movies. Some reading of text is involved but you get a lot out of attending class that will be on the test. The class was an hour and a half so she even stopped the class in the middle for a br

Awesome teacher! She has a lot of class! Very Professional, treats you like an equal, respectable, kind, passionate. Open note written tests. Grades hard though. You earn every bit. She doesn't give A's, but great for a 300 level class! Lots of visuals.

Extremely nice woman. lecture pace can be slow, but thorough. not hard material, gives you a chance to get points back, go to class b/c she has 'random response' days. no homework, simple reading, simple, straightforward tests. highly recomended

She was a great teacher. You can tell that she really loves and believes in what she is doing. Very fair grader, lets you give rebuttals to wrong answers and usually gives you the lost points. You can tell that she wants her students to succeed and will try just about anything to help them.

Great professor! As objective as she can be, while encouraging critical thinking. A professor every college needs. She has a great community and european connections, especially in architecture. European view maybe seen as liberal, but she has a worldwide perspective and teaches this very well in her class.

This woman is amazing. BRILLIANT. And beyond helpful. She's someone that you want to have on your team no matter what. A great reference from her will get you in ANYWHERE. She is highly regarded...and rightfully so. She is a refined powerhouse with endless knowledge about the arts and architecture in particular.
