Best professor in a while. He talks in metaphors but he has a lot of industry experiences. He challenges you so that you can be prepared for the outside working world. He is very open to comments and keeps you thinking that there is no RIGHT answer. He is very organized gives feed back on your performances.

Really cool guy and he cares about his students. My class has the best atmosphere ever! Feels like the real world and will prepare you for after grad. Great professor and provides you with invaluable information. I love his metaphor and sayings. 40% Presentation, 40% paper, and 20% part. If you don't participate at all, he will fail you so talk up!

Best Prof I have had at SFU, if not the best prof ever. He tells you straight up like it is. Class isnt about fancy terms, its about using your brain. This is the way uni should be taught.

You do alot of talking in this course. I wasn't too inclined to talk in lectures and actually only did about 2 times, alot less than most in the class. I was worried about the participation aspect, since everything is subjectively marked in this course. But I asked questions during presentations for every tutorial.. ended up with an A-.

One of the best professor ever! Uses real life applications and stimulates you to think. He is a hard professor and expects a lot out of you, but what you learn in class far outweighs any possible trauma you might suffer.
