BORING....Wow I use to think recruitment would be my favourite class she is so picky about certain things and is a very boring professor. It takes her 3 hours to get through 18 slides...Really? I'd recommend avoiding her I seriously regret taking this class.

Great knowledge of the material and great examples to show applications of it. She has exp. in the field and applies it to class. Relatively difficult exams but fair material and fair marking. She prepares you well for the exams too, great for providing help out of class, overall great prof.

An amazing prof! The best I've had so far. She cares about the students..learns everyone's name and facilitates class discussion. Knows how to relate to students, and is able to keep your interest. You will enjoy this course.

She was awesome. I graduated 2 years ago and she is still one of the only profs I can remember I liked. If you get her, just do your work and try and participate. She doesn't play favourites and shes very smart, funny and sweet. A great prof to have in laurier's business program..there are some slim pickin's.

Overall a pretty good and clear prof. Is a significantly more difficult marker than other HR profs which skews marks for those not in the easy classes. Still a good prof, sometimes a bit wordy (like the ridiculously wordy HR textbook) and could stand to trim some explanation down a bit. Quizzes are killer, even when she says they're "easier".
