Comment:

He is awesome and understands college student life. There was no book to buy, less then ten packets, which he provides. Class is easy he just explains the packets he made. He also gives a study guide of each test, which are not hard if you read the packet. He also was very understanding and worked with the class for our connivence.

Comment:

He is certainly interesting and weird, but 206 was easy af. He takes attendance but people didn't always show up. He gives a lot of extra credit on almost every single test. The study guide which he gives you has same exact questions on the test. I studied for 10 mins before the test and got an A every time.

If you follow what he tells you, he still grades for the pettiest things (i.e. not standing straight enough or resting your hand on the podium). Doesn't let you argue your grade once you left the classroom (thinks you can alter your outline). If you miss class even once your grade drops from an A to a B. Do NOT take this professor, he doesn't teach

Louie is a great professor. As long as you follow the outlines he gives you, show up on the days he makes you show up, and actually study for the one test, you'll receive an easy A. Louie is easily the cheesiest professor on campus, which makes him fun to listen to. Great Guy!

You WILL NOT learn the art of public speaking in this class - instead, you will learn how to follow directions and do EXACTLY what HE says. Therefore, if you do exactly what he says, it's an easy A. If you're looking for a class to actually learn how to present a speech then this is not the class for you.

easy class as long as you follow HIS outline! HIS outline or FAIL! this is a really easy grade but I do kinda think he takes points off to be picky sometimes,so i agree with the previous comment about a B but there is room for extra credit. hes doing a test now which if you study for is easy and he drops either the test or one speech. EASY GRADE!

He is awesome. Really funny. Best summer class you can have. Def consider taking Cas 100 during the summer. You have to go 8 days. It's the best. he grades rather easy as long as you give an honest attempt.

I disagree with all the comments about him being an easy teacher. If you aren't a perfect speaker, you'll end up with B-'s on speeches. Takes off points for posture not being absolutely perfect and says he'll proofread your outlines and then refuses. Take someone else.

A very easy speech class. You do three speeches of whatever topic you want. He gives you the book in class and the first couple weeks you go through it. After that you speak. Speeches are easy A so long as you follow the formula, and you get to take the next two days off after. You do have to show up on audience days.

At first it seems that it will be a hard class, but it actually isn't. He is really nice about grading and you have a lot of chances to help boost your grade. Only three speeches and you get to skip class the days after your speeches. Definitely take him if you can.
