one of the most engaging and entertaining lecturers I've had. Has an uncanny ability to involve the class in discussion, where most other profs would have to deal with 90 minutes of hushed murmurs from their students. Beyond that, a really pleasant guy. Always make an effort to greet him in the hallways.

Professor Lefebvre is truly a humorous professor and makes every lecture interesting; he also makes sure to convey the lecture materials well to the students. Would take his class again.

Really enjoyed this class! Pretty funny and has a great insight into the hierarchies of the science discipline. I enjoyed the material a lot. I think all science students should take this course. You really understand the way science works. He repeats the main concepts a lot, so pay attention and you'll do well! Have to go to lecture though!

Great professor! He is funny and entertaining, can be sassy but it's all with a good heart. He is REALLY repetitive so if you go to class you will know what is going on. Exams are fairly straightforward, again, he mentions everything in class so if you take notes you will be fine! Would take his class again.

Interesting class. Lectures are stimulating and clear.I don't think it is an "easy A". The tests are "easy" but you have to know a lot of details, so even if you go over all his lectures, you still cannot be sure that you can do well. Also, the final focuses too much on "statistics". The knowledge you think is important will not be on the tests.

Wasn't interested in the class, hardly went to class - which I really, really don't suggest anyone doing, I got lucky by getting notes from a kind soul. That being said, the midterm was ridiculously easy. The few times I did go to class Lefebvre was funny, answered questions clearly and is obviously very intelligentinvested

Lefebvre is truly a breath of fresh air in what could have easily been a very boring class. He valued students who were interested in the subject and who made an effort to be active in class. Also, really helpful in office hours. He's really funny and makes an effort to be entertaining. Not a difficult class, can can be confusing at times.

This teacher is funny and very helpful. He speak french too! So, it's very nice for francophone's student at McGill. His exams are easy, but you have to read and understand his material. It's easy to get an A.

Impossible to tell what idea he's going at... whether he's serious or kidding. He keeps arguing against "pseudo-science", yet most of what he teaches could easily be qualified of "pseudo-science". Poor content, yet he's entertaining and funny. Easy to get an A.

Won't know about 'easiness' 'til final grades come out, but he definitely makes a huge effort to make class understandable for all... even to the point of being slightly redundant (which he himself willingly admits!). I like his sense of humor & his oldschool notes. he's a pretty 'groovy' prof.
