One of the best teachers I have ever had. She really knows her stuff and is constantly ready to help her students. The class can be demanding, but it really helps you out in the long run. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Swerling is a very sweet lady who really cares about her students. The class its self is difficult because it is as if you are going backwards. (You know how to read, and you have to teach someone how to). Very useful strategies though, and field work was a great place to apply the strategies. Take her I wish I had taken her for SED 365 as well
