Dr Basu was the best prof in the world! I've never had a prof that cares so much and is willing to help even the worst students. The people that complain are the ones failing or the obnoxious people in the course. Believe me, if you try you will love the prof and the course.

This class is so easy and the prof and T.As are amazing. I never met a prof that is so helpful and caring to her students. I strongly recommend this class. Whoever complains about there mark must be dumb because the course was fairly easy.

Her assignments were so insane. The TA's would explain AFTER the fact what we were supposed to do. Ranu's lectures kinda sucked too. I went once in the second semester. I didnt open the second text book. I wouldn't take her class again. sorry

She's really nice and approachable but her classes suck. i didn't learn much in the whole year and felt it was a waste of time and $$$. very confused when she lectures- her thoughts are all over the place.

There really was no point in the inclusion of the WEB CT, because it was not helpful at all. I found that her lectures were so simple - to the point that they were actually boring! After the first half of the year...hardly anyone attended her class.

Ranu is so sweet! Always willing to help students and wants students to enjoy the class. Material is a little primary, but who cares, we all need an easy 3rd year class! Gave us an easier final exam because we asked her to!
