Although a smart man - COMPLETELY incomprehensible.His language barrier makes the class even more boring than his lack of passion for the material does - I got an A in the class because he gives you study guides that are word for word what is on the exam. If you want an easy A, take this class, but be prepared to be bored and frustrated.

Comment:

This class is no walk in the park. The material is hard to grasp, but what made it helpful was that Mr. Lee provided handouts to his lectures and study guides for his tests. He has somewhat of an accent but I got use to it. What was B.S about this class was you had to partcipate in class discussions to get an A, but whatever, that's life. I give him a 7.8/10 overall because he's a smart guy.

A very nice, sweet old man who is very intelligent but it is near impossible to understand what he is saying during lectures. The accent is very heavy and makes it very difficult to follow along. Great guy though.

Don't take this instructor. Did not learn anything from him. He knows his stuff, but most of the time we talked about Hilary's crying breakout. Which is irrelevant to the class? This is not a psychology course.

Horrendous class. The guy tries, but he is incomprehensible for sure. I passed his class with an A, easily, but when I pay for and attend classes, I expect something more than what I could get out of the class myself. Take someone else or do it on the web, waste of time and money.

a very boring teacher and i really could not understand what he was saying most of the time but its an easy class if you can memorize, he gives you the study guide with the exact questions that will be on the test you just have to memorize the answers. Also there is a twelve page term paper but it can be on anything political.

While he was hard to understand at first, I quickly got used to his heavy accent. Also, he was always willing to repeat himself if necessary. It helps that he is very passionate about Political Science and that he tries to make learning the matierial as easy as possible.

Yes, he has a thick accent, however, he upfront lets people know he realizes this, and to ask questions if you need clarification. Lectures over relavent material and puts it in outline form. Gives samply questions (as all exams are essay questions) so it's easy to study. Intelligent and respectful of all political views. Includes debate.

Well, to start with he really is a very friendly guy. He just has this problem though, HE BARELY SPEAKS ENGLISH. Very heavily accented. His tests are a joke though, and he's a remarkably easy grader. So if you want a really easy class and don't mind struggling to stay awake and decipher everything he's saying, he's not bad.

Lectures are sometimes to understand & can be boring at times. But he's so helpful & willing to answer any questions you have if you take the time to go to his office hours. He is extremely knowledgeable & provides study guides that tell you exactly what to study. 1 term paper, 2 exams, 1 final. Recommended.

Yes, hard to understand, but if you just memorize whatever he writes on the board and regurgitate for the 2 written tests you are golden! You don't even need to read/buy the book if you attend class regularly. There is one essay assigned for the term.
