Fun class, tests are pretty easy if you look over the lectures a couple times and take notes. One of the more relevant classes if you are looking to work in industry. Interesting project, coding group does the most work but its great experience if you need something to talk about in an interview.

This man does not know how to teach. Lectures are boring and horribly formatted. Straight up read from powerpoints. He obviously knows the material, but is always too confused with the powerpoints to actually relay the information. Doesn't understand any of the questions asked. "Randomly" picks students with a program he wrote to ask a question

overall horrible teacher. Homeworks that do not reflect exams. His lectures are so boring and you could learn better from reading his slideshows he posts online. has an attendance grade but he uses a program to randomly select a student to see if he is there but it only works names that start with the letter S. 5 exams graded easily by the TA.

Absolute worst professor at penn state. Talks more about his resume and what he finds interesting then he does teaching. Assuming you can call reading math off a powerpoint teaching, so most of the material has to be self taught. Exams cover material that he doesnt go over. Only saving point is exams are curved because averages are so low

Freestyles the class, essentially. Lectures are read straight from PowerPoint slides he posts online, with the slides based on the book; no real augmentation to the book. Provides no guidelines or rubrics to the class project, essentially just expects the various teams to know what's responsible of them without being taught it.

Didn't really come to class much as he passed us off to a lot of other people from week to week. Really knows his stuff though. For a seminar, this class was obnoxiouslty simple to get an A in. Seems kind of distant but a seminar isn't a great way to get to know a professor. Long runs a great minor program too - the IST for AERSP minor is great!

UAV is THE coolest class. Sure, it's an easy tech elective, but more than that, it is fun! Got to get up at 8AM to go fly in JoePa's indoor stadium, but this is so cool!!
