Dr. DT is a great teacher but she rushes through her lectures. Quizzes are every day so do not be late or miss class. The lab section is all on your own she does not go over most of it but she is willing to help if you ask. I would take her out of any of the A&P teachers.

Shes knows what shes teaching but it is a very fast paced lecture class. I felt she was more concerned with going through the chapters as fast as possible so it was difficult to follow. Thankfully I took bio classes with similar material before so I was ok but if this is new to you get ready to study. Definitely do the extra creds if you get them

Very nice and intelligent. Very Personable and draws out diagrams on the board, which are very helpful. She takes time to know your names. Tests are very hard, but if you study and attend class you will pass. Lots of homework but not hard. Overall I really enjoy this professor and would take her again next semester.

I think these classes are rediculous. These classes set the students up for failure. To have as much content as these classes do and to make it so test heavy with no cushion is insanity. It is TOO much content. If you have kids or a job dont bother with this class. The prof. even says so.

She does know her stuff, but I just found a few discrepancies with her teaching methods. These classes provide almost no cushion for your grade. Dont pass the quizzes and exams you fail. Her lectures do not match the book material which makes you question your knowledge on the exams because of the inconsistencies.

Make sure you take thorough notes and write down EVERYTHING. She goes through a lot of material very quickly and exams come often. Literally anything said in class will probably be tested on. So even if something's briefly mentioned and doesn't seem very important, there is a 90% that trivial bit of info will be an exam question. Be ready to study.

Loved how Danzl-Tauer wrote/drew out concepts on the board, made it much easier for me to understand. She gives you clear directives at the beginning of the semester, if you put in the work and study after/before each class, you will do well on the exams. Don't wait till right before the test! Overall one of the best professors I've ever had!

No matter who your prof is, this is a very difficult class. I got an A so it's possible but be prepared to spend a TON of time studying. There are daily quizzes with 1 extra credit point and exams have extra credit sometimes. If you don't do well on exams you won't pass since a majority of your grade comes from the exams which are very difficult.

I think Dr. D-T was an amazing teacher! She was funny and really engaged myself and other students in her lecture with her witty comments. She draws a lot of pictures and will explain a difficult concept enough times so that everyone understands exactly what she wants you to know.

D.T. is an awesome teacher. She teaches a very difficult class, but prepares you for high levels. Take her advice when she says attention is needed on key concepts, you'll see them on the exams and labs. She tries to have open labs for accessing lab materials, take advantage of this! She is also willing to explain what you didn't get in her office.

She is rude and condescending if you just miss one class, and she doesn't care about the class, she was not prepared to teach this class, it was her first time teaching this course in over 25 years and she did not have her notes in order and there were many errors in her lectures.

I take Anatomy. I dig a big hole at the first lecture exam. It's really difficult. Lots of memorizing. but the lab exams are easier. finding a partner to quiz on each other is the best way to learn

I loved Anatomy and Physiology, before I took Dr. DT. She knows her stuff, but she's condescending, rude, and mean. She'll make you feel stupid, and she'll talk badly about you to other students, in front of you. Aside from her unprofessional behavior, DT's exam and quizzes are hard. You have to put a lot of time into studying or you'll fail.

Dr. D-T is great! If you made it through 281 then you should know what is expected of you in order to succeed in 282. She provides lots of opportunities to connect with her outside of class for extra help and lab time. She does a great job of making confusing and complicated material easy to understand.

Dr. DT is a great prof who knows the material like the back of her hand but anatomy is going to be extremely difficult no matter which professor you choose. This class is going to take a lot of effort but DT is very willing to provide assistance and help is there as long as you are willing to ask for it. I am very happy with my choice of a prof

I really liked her as a teacher. Her lectures are fill in the blank style, and she writes on the board, so it's easy to keep up and not get lost in a PowerPoint. However, as she says, there are no wordbanks as a nurse. It will be the hardest class you'll have at RVC. She'll give you the tools you need to pass, but you have to work your butt off.

Dr. DT is life changing. She is tough, definitely teaches this class beyond a 2 year college level... but I actually learned the material, changed my study habits, and discovered what hard work can do. She is kind, caring, funny, but definitely no push over. She's the best and will work with any willing student. Don't take her for granted.

Dr DT is a very good professor, and makes anatomy and physiology interesting. however, it is the hardest course you will ever take. be prepared to study constantly and not get a good grade. you really have to attend every class and put in extra effort to pass. She is a great, helpful professor who knows her stuff and helps, but you MUST work hard.

This is very tough class and she makes it more challenging. There are daily quizzes, 5 papers, and 5 VERY TOUGH exams (including a cumulative Final). You literally have to spend all of your time for keeping up in the class. If you have less time and bad memory AVOID THIS CLASS, as you will definitely fail.
