This class will be hard no matter what. Dr. Fedeli is fair and if you put the work and time you will get a good grade. The negative comments are probably from the people who were used to getting easy A's from other professors. Stay on top and ask for help, she is very approachable, one of the best teachers.

Dr. Fedeli is a very bad teacher, avoid her at any cost. Save your time and your GPA. She causes students to be emotional which leads to depression, at halfway during the semester a lot of students dropped, at times she loses track of what she is saying not an easy grader, very sarcastic, do not take her.

The nicest person! Very thorough, deep understanding of subject matter. Tests are not super hard, just make sure you're reading along in the book, practicing at home and doing assignments online. She will bend over backwards to help you if you are genuinely interested in language and not just chasing an "easy A"

She eliminated 2 books which is great!However, you MUST write down EVERYTHING she says for possible test answers...which can be a little annoying.Tests were easier than I have heard she's given in the past.Only 2 tests and 2 papers so they have a lot of weight.She always runs behind her syllabus.A little ambiguos and doesn't always return e-mails.

Fedeli's readings are funny and interesting to read BUT her tests are very tricky. No multiple choice ever; all of it is short answers. She is helpful if you go for help but still, the tests are challenging.

Great teacher; always helpful with struggling students. Tests are sometimes tricky; however, she usually gives curves on tests. Lectures are very interesting and funny! Tip: form a study group for her class; it reallys makes a difference!
