Comment:

Hannah is a solid choice if you want to actually get something out of the class. You read a lot for every class and there's reading quizzes almost daily. You have to put work in to get a good grade in the class. A little boring with lectures but tries to crack jokes. She is very kind and understanding if you go talk to her during her office hours.

Comment:

Dr. hannah is an excellent professor. She cares for her students and for teaching as a profession. You will work for your grade in her class but it is worth it. I am walking away from this course with a great deal of knowledge I was lacking before. Be prepared for a lot of reading and at least one quiz every week. Go to class and participate!

For an intro course be prepared for a lot of time invested on your part. Light reading, quizzes on all readings. Gives extra credit. Papers are not easy peasy if you want a good grade. I worked hard on mine, proof reading and editing and still couldn't get a perfect grade and I usually don't have any issues. The papers are more personal.

Dr. Hannah is very smart. She knows her stuff. She is ridiculously hard on her grading. If you can't write well, then start. I barely passed because of my writing skills.

She is knowledgeable, funny, and quirky. She is also very serious about teaching. The material is easy to understand, but there is a lot of it! Lots of reading with quizzes every class,long papers,field project, & long essays for MT& final. She has so much experience and insight, do yourself a favor and earn her respect w participation and effort.

This is my second education with Dr. hannah, and I love her! She takes education very seriously. My class only had eleven students and there was A LOT of class participation! DO NOT forget to read or you will regret it. This class covers some boring topics, but class discussions make it better.

I took hannah this year and found her to be very knowledgable. She expects you to take education seriously as any person going into the field should. Her class was not boring, there is a good bit of reading. Overall the testing is take home and papers are resubmittable.

Dr hannah cares very much about her students' success. In this class she prepared us for Ped 1 which we need. Yes it is a lot of work but we were well prepared for the next education courses. Your grades come from papers which most of them you can resubmit and the mid term and final are take homes. I would reccommned her to any edu major.

Dr. Hannah was definitely an interesting teacher. I appreciated her knowledge on the subject and she told us at the beginning that she wasn't an ogre if you did the work and came to class, and she was absolutely right. Easy "A" if you are studious.

Make sure you read! She is fair and open to questions but be prepared for a lot of work, and she is a hard grader. Follows the syllabus to a T. All exams are take-home essay, and she allows you to re-submit most of the assignments for a better grade.

I have had professor hannah (make sure you don't capitalize her name cause it is a form of her self expression) for two of my education courses and I believe that her heart may be in the right place but that she has unrealistic expectations of her students. The amount of work she gives for any of her classes is overwhelming.

Very helpful, expects alot of work, but she has a syllabus that tells you exactly what is due weeks ahead of time. The notebook completed is huge, but is very helpful in the higher ed classes. she also allows you to redo assignments for a higher grade. Her class is an easy A or B with effort

She really, re-e-e-ally bothered me. For some odd reason, I just couldn't stand her. She's an okay teacher and all... a little demanding at times... but I couldn't take her personality, it just drove me insane.

She expected a lot of outside class work on her notebook and articles and things. I felt that she wanted too much done outside of her class- I had 4 or 5 other classes to do work for too!!
