Amazing lecturer. Had him for Real Analysis and it made one of the most difficult 2nd year courses not only possible but worth your time. His intelligence/genius is evident without ever sounding condescending or speaking down to his students. Take any class you can with him. You'll learn about life, yourself and more than the course material asks.

He is one of the most caring and inspiring professors at Queen's. His lectures were interesting and his enthusiasm for the course material made it even more worth while. Sometimes the course material itself can be a tad tricky, but he is very willing to go over anything for you. Such a great prof.

I took a graduate course in History of Phil: Indian Philosophy with Prof. Murty. He is a likeable instructor. His knowledge came across in lectures. He answered questions well and patiently. He was also very fair in the grading. Prof. Murty is an excellent lecturer and scholar. I highly recommend this course and this professor. Better than others.
