Last year he waited to the very end to collect all 5 projects giving no time to make corrections come the next project. So this year he decides to have due dates and if one SINGLE project is late... you fail the course. He is supposed to take time to teach Arc Gis, instead spends his time with climate change and not the actual effects of the storms

When it comes to a professor that doesn't take the time to learn your name or care about any thing in the class this is the class to take. I was lucky enough to understand the class and could do the work but many others couldn't. he doesn't take late work and doesn't scale until the end of the semester so a lot of people where failing until the end

A teacher that loses faith in his students before he even knows them. Makes very condescending remarks. I feel as he has lost faith in the whole educational process. I don't even feel comfortable going to class because I feel attacked every time I ask a question or bring up a concern regarding my work. I really enjoy the coursework, though.

Do yourself a favor, pretend like you're paying attention in class, but do the work on your own. I'm sure he's a nice guy, but he's very condescending and when you try to pay attention and do the work, you end up hopelessly confused. When you do the work by yourself, you'll realize just how easy it was all along.

Helpful during labs, but as for h/w forget about it, you need groups to complete it. The final project I enjoyed, as well as some of the labs, it was cool learning about the programs, he needs a new method of teaching the class however.

He is terrible, boring, dry and half the time he doesnt even know what he is teaching. It took him a whole class to go over one problem and he had the answer wrong at the end for 3 days in a row. He should just stay locked in his office and away from the classroom
