She is really good at combining videos, pictures and in-class demonstrations in her lectures. The Midterms are a bit hard because there is so much information to remember but it seamed like 50% of the questions in the final were taken from the previous two midterms. Study the midterms and your mistakes and you'll do fine.

At first, I found Mandy Gunby's lectures to be tedious and slow. After a few months, I found her lectures tedious and slow, but also very effective. I would like to have her again as an instructor, and after two semesters in her class I give her overall effectiveness a 17 out of 21.

very unorganized teacher with no teaching abilities...i took this class in intersession so she sorta started crammed everything as much as she could (ie teaching half the chapter and expecting you to understand the rest urself)...midterms and final exam was of relative difficulty, as long as you come to class, take notes, and read the book ur fine

Professor Gunby was an amazing professor. The class was broad yet interesting because she gives really good examples. You more than likely will recieve a A as long as you read the text.

She is a good prof in that you will benefit on the exam from attending lectures. She gives a lot of opportunities to exceed by making the midterms only worth 25% each and by having active learning assignments. Make sure to thoroughly read the book (I took notes and found this helped me a lot).

easy peasy lemon squeasy....good teacher. teaches with clarity and examples. could boost complexity level up a notch, as sometimes class gets boring and drags on. answers even the dumbest of questions with finesse. Mandy is the bomb.

She explains things good but Mid Terms are hard you have to study everything! The Mid Term was M/C very wordy, S/A and Essay. You have to attend ALL OF HER LECTURES because videos are in the Mid Term questions. I would say she's just OKAY.

She is a very nice teacher who tries hard. Because of her seemingly endlees patience she doesn't have a good grip on the students who chat in class. However she brings the point of the lectures across and if you pay attention you can pass this class! She's also VERY approachable if you need help!!
