I was nervous about public speaking but he is a very genuine teacher! He grades more so on you improving as a speaker over time and if you try your best, your grade will reflect that! The topics are fun to choose from, which helps when it comes time for memorization. There was no final, but there was a midterm. He's super funny and engaging!

Great guy, great class. The class is a great way to practice your public speaking skills. Manos is hilarious and has a bunch of crazy stories about almost everything. Honestly my favorite class this semester.

A wonderful, wonderful professor. He makes everyone feel very comfortable in an otherwise uncomfortable position. Public speaking is scary but this guy shows how doable it is. Most helpful teacher I've had at NYU.. can't say enough about him.

BORING! The class itself was super easy but I found Manos to be an ego maniac who played favorites and talked too much about his alleged celebrity status back in Greece. I'd rec this class to anyone with a full course load and needs a designated easy A class for the semester.

The class itself was super easy. Even on the first day he admitted that he likes to give A's. Just show up to class everyday cause he's big on attendence and get your stuff in on time. He's this funny little actor who has a cool accent and tries to make everything fun.

this class was a breeze, and Manos was a really easy instructor, but i was annoyed at how it's a SPEECH comm class and we hardly worked on speaking skills. we just talked about his greek heritage and whatever fancied his interest. while he's a fine instructor, he's an annoying and biased person.
