Great adjunct professor. He really knows his law. Had him for Agency. It was one of the most useful, real world classes that you'll ever take. Don't let his picture fool you. He's a nice guy.

I don't care for evidence but I really enjoyed Ginsberg. Pay attention in class, his hypos will appear on the tests. Open book and rules for midterm and final. Great professor.

Great professor. Doesn't use the book too much but when he does, pay attention to the cases he does go over. Other than that, if you take diligent notes and pay attention in class you will be fine. Plus, he does open book exams.

Prof.Ginsberg is really nice, passionate about Evidence/teaching,and is very available for office hours. The class is interactive and keeps your attention. His test does not accurately reflect the course.110 multiple choice with answer choices that are vague and misleading and nothing like the practice questions we did in class.Worst final ever.Avoid

Really nice guy but overall dry class. He's willing to help though. This comment refers to grades. He specifically stated in the last class that getting grades would take a while as he also had a 100 person Civ Pro class to grade. It may have taken a while, but we were given a fair warning. Getting all grades before the start of class is a rarity.

The class is alright, he is pretty chill but be prepared to wait forever for your grade. The next semester is about to start and he still hasn't posted grades for the final and half of it was multiple choice.

I had Professor Ginsberg for Torts, Civ Pro II and Agency Law. He is absolutely hands down the best professor at John Marshall Law. His willingness to slow down in class to ensure everyone understands is phenomenal. He also has an open door policy and will ensure that you walk away with a firm grasp of the subject matter. I highly recommend him.

Was very clear in class, much more so than my professor in Civ Pro 1. Get the Emanuel's outline book and do the questions. They are VERY similar to his exam, and you'll probably get an A.

I thought the class was pretty easy but I was surprised at my grade for the quality of work that was done. His exam was 8 essay questions...a little bit long.

He either doesn't have a conscience, it's full of holes like Swiss cheese, or he is somehow able to completely neutralize or negate any sense of conscience. Every person but himself is mentally twisted around in his mind as object to be used in fulfilling his needs. All this while he believes he is doing something good for society.

He is undoubtedly anti-intellectual. In fact, when talented students are discovered by him, they gets misguided and watered down. In his class, whenever one poppy lifts its showy head above the others, it is cut down.

Extensively uses the metaphor of the "JMLS pizza boy" to enlighten students as to their employment options after completing their studies. Very helpful overall.

This man's eyebrows can destroy lesser men. But seriously, a very straightforward course taught in a clear manner. By the final, unless you're not paying ANY attention, you know exactly what he wants and how to give it to him. Recommended.
