Professor Escher is a competent educator but her standards are ridiculous. Professor Escher has demanding and deeply particular requirements in her syllabus that sometimes feels extremely inane. For example, she has it down that you have to maintain eye contact or it can negatively affect your final grade. I mean, thats not a thing.

BOY BE READY! She will have your ass working from day 1 like you 2 months into the class. Don't get me wrong the work isn't hard if you pay attention and you that person doing all the homework's she's a tough grader on those graded essays nit picks everything what paper is good enough for this lady? Quizzes every week she makes you participate too.

She is a good professor. Very passionate but over the top with her expectations. Her work is assigned back to back and she is not very organized; she lost our papers and forgot due dates or changed them frequently. I learned a lot but I'm not sure if it was worth the confusion she gave the class with her forgetfulness. Material was boring.

My experience with her was HORRENDOUS! She is not that great and to be honest, I would avoid her at all cost. She will give you massive work and give you whatever grade no matter how hard you work for it. Then she'll brag about her job writing recommendations and what not. We didn't come here for that. She looks nice but it's a joke. Tough grader.

Yikes. This was an okay class, I have nothing against the professor. She's just very intense. Sort of a flashback to high school where all of your teachers think your life revolves around their class. She changes the syllabus without telling you, so beware. It was an interesting class, but she expected way too much of us.

She is a great professor, very hands-on with her students and extremely understanding! You must have the books she assigns for class because you will have quizzes! But don't fret, she tells you ahead of time what the quizzes are on. Her assignments weren't too bad either, mini writings that were sometimes less than four sentences! (kid you not)

She is the cutest thing ever! Her spirit is so sweet and she is very down to earth and understanding. The work is not hard at all. All you have to do is read and material is interesting anyways. She can be a little rough on the grading but not excessive like most English professors and shes completely approachable about it. I just want to hug her!

Great professor if you do your work, if not, you'll hate the class because it's easy to tell who did and did not do the readings. Every week there is something due. Short writing assignments are really easy, and their are a few essays and a museum project (it's a fun project). She assigns a paper for the midterm and there is a final & essay.

This class is an easy A because all you are doing is reading and giving a DETAILED response about what you read. The only thing is she gives a LOT of work as if you don't have a life outside of this class. Every week there is an assignment due! Had to drop a class just to catch up with her readings.

shes deff a weirdo but she is really nice and explains each book so you can understand it. she does give alot of reading and writing assignments but they arent hard. shes very strict with attendance, cellphones and leaving the room. overall, wasnt a bad class and shes a pretty easy grader.

She is one of those professors who makes a 200 level course feel harder than it should. The amount of books to be read can be overwhelming if you don't keep up. She gives reading assignments and two essays on top of all that reading. Midterm and final are multiple questions about the texts given and an essay at the end. I would highly avoid!

A dedicated and smart professor. Yes, you have to work some inorder to get a good grade out of her...but overall she's not difficult and does care that her students learn.. I started out not doing well and wound up with an A. Definetly look forward to a new outfit each class..that is what makes her unique:)
