Comment:
Prof. Lamb is an interesting woman, I enjoyed both meeting her and being her pupil. She's had a hell of a lot of experiences, and will tell good stories as they pertain to class. You'll find she was quite a progressive chick 'back in the day.' She isn't a tough grader, and will appreciate your best effort.

Comment:
Prof. Lamb is not a lenient grader and has high expectations of her students. That said, she allows rewrites and is very supportive during office hours. Her final grade is a combination of your paper and test grades, but she also considers effort. An A in her class is well-deserved and kids who BS will get called out. (Thank God)

boring but tolerable. she likes to take up time by reading sections of everyone's papers aloud while handing them out. i got the same grade on all 6 of my papers. not too much reading and she wasnt strict with attendance, mainly because she is oblivious. very sweet but will probably put you to sleep.

Worst professor I've ever had. She's senile, disorganized, and has no creative perspective on anything. She's unable to lead a workshop-- and the only "critique" she provides is on grammar. She encourages bad habits. She's nice and well meaning, but should have retired ten years ago.

Will prevent you from graduating if not careful. She is disorganized, disingenuous, and disrespectful. I graduated in spite of her, literally, as she was shocked how well I did without her help (albeit, 3 years late!). The school's lead counselor was more helpful. Report her for any infraction, she has a file.

She makes you sit in a circle...be warned - she spits when she talks. Be sure to sit far far away from her if you don't want a Lamb-spit shower. Gross. She's also extremely disorganized and sloppy. Be prepared to receive your papers back with grease stains on them from her lunch the day before. Like I said, Gross.

Not much for creative encouragement. Heavy on the editing and does not lead good discussions. The class wanted so much more than she could give.

Disorganized and very critical for someone who is personally unsuccessful. Don't want to take her advice bc cant trust her. out of date, doesn't seem to know much about modern lit. harshest grader I've EVER had in this university. the bad grades really make you feel like an idiot, discouraging
