I learned nothing. If you're not able to teach yourself DO NOT take her class because she doesn't teach. There are quizzes everyday and she grades you on very little. She does not grade fairly at all. I cried constantly over her class. Trying so hard might not get you anywhere. She is a kind woman but the worst professor I have ever had.

She is a really nice lady who cares a lot about her students, class is an easy A if you show up because all quizzes (daily) are open book. Beware you will fall asleep. She tells the same stories over and over again.

O-kay teacher... Class gets boring after a while because she has the tendency to go on and on(and on and on...). But very easy class. Exams were easy, quizzes are open book. There is also a presentation and a research paper, so be prepared.

Great professor as long as you attended. All quizzes are open book. Didn't have the text and still got a B. Would recommend her if you're looking for an easy grade. Attendance is the hardest thing. As long as you show up on time, she is great. Just had to write one paper.

Very boring class, but all tests are open book! I suggest going to class a little earlier, she only gives 30 minutes to complete the tests. Easy A, she drops lowest grade, and only has one major paper! Didn't read the chapter once, and still left the class with an A.

If you need an easy grade, this is it. Professor Lyford is a very nice lady who has weekly open book quizzes. Hardest part was a 10 page paper due about mid semester, but you have a lot of time to prepare and get it done. Thats the hardest part...after that its just open book quizzes and movies about psychology. Easy/Fun/Interesting

GREAT professor! Weekly OPEN BOOK quizes. All you have to do is read the chapter and show up. Also, midterms and final are all repeated quiz questions - study your quizes and you'll nail the mid-term and final. There is no wrong answer in this class, it's always "that's interesting." Highly recommend.

Her class was not bad at all this was the first college class that I have taken and I thought it would be so hard. Although i did alot more workin my class than some of my friends in there psych class it was easy to pass all of her tests besides the mid-term and final are open book. She is nice person don't get me wrong its just that I don't think she challenges enough to make it worth our time and money for the course and the $115 book. That book is what taught me as well as the information that I had aquired prior to this course. I took this course for fun and as for attendence you could bounce 6x and you still be safe.
