I took the class online. This class is designed for you to learn on your own. Be ready to read and explore with lots of different material. I watched a lot of movies that were designed to help with the course. Her grading was not difficult. I thought it was a great course. She posts grades late your final grade will be a surprise.

I took this class during summer school and really enjoyed it. Although she requires a lot of writing, Professor Brown is hilarious in class and intices you to learn the material. I hate history and loved this class so if you want my advice, TAKE HER CLASS!

wow interesting comments.well Brown is the best history teacher. i dont know why eveyone gave her a low rate, i dont know about u guys BUT i rader write 8 pg essays than take multiple choice tests. yes you have to write alot but it is a very easy class becasue she gies A to the people who do the work. TAKE THE CLASSSSS. she is very funny.

Lots of books required, don't read any of them. lots of writing and stupid assignments. classes consist of lectures that are the same every weeks. easy to get a B she never actually reads the papers you write, little effort needed to get an A.

Alot of writing, I took her for a 4 week summer class and had 2 novels to read plus the text book, 13 two full page reports w/Bib, Exam 1 two 5 page reports, Exam 2 two five page reports. She's nice but doesn't teach you much. Internet access a must.
