Very easy class if you have friends taking it with you. Still easy if not. Don't really need to go to lecture since you can get most of the information from section. Readings do not take much time and her quizzes/final were cake.

EASY! a bunch of reading for quizzes but you can split it up with some friends and its no biggie. While lectures may seem pointless (cause 60% of grade is based on readings) the final is drawn almost exclusively from lecture material and in class movies. So just go to lecture, its only 50 minutes and she often lets you out early.

AWESOME prof. lots of readings but quizzes are super easy and worth 60% of your grade.Final is a take home so you have lots of time to work on it.Attend the lectures and read and you'll get a good grade.

There is a lot of reading, but it is assigned the week before and the quizes are on the following Monday. As long as you keep up the class is relaxed and interesting. She is funny and talks about issues that everyone can relate to. As long as you are willing to do the readings it is a great class. I would recommend her to anyone.

i really liked this class because the material was interesting. Dexter made the class interesting and funny because she incorporates today issues into her class. Although at times she is not clear because she doesnt follow her notes, the class overall is awesome...great person and great class!

This woman is AWESOME! She's such a sweetheart, and she DEFINITELY knows what she's talking about. PLUS she made cookies for us! The only drawback that I found is that there is sooooo much reading to do for the class. I HIGHLY recommend her. She rocks!
