I loved this professor and the class. She had a lot of vocab quizzes every week but if you studied then you were fine and it forced me to learn everything. Such a sweet person and overall great professor. Would definitely recommend her.

I hate Spanish, but Romero is a fantastic teacher. She's clear and explains in English when needed even. Very lighthearted and humorous. Great feedback on papers and definitely very light on grading.

Romero teaches a difficult Spanish 203. At times, it's difficult to follow what she says, but she is very nice, and will repeat it. The exams aren't bad, and she's clear what you're graded on (except your large participation grade, which is very foggy). She's helpful mostly when asked a direct question. Do your reading--it's difficult but a must.

Great teacher, made me intersted in re-learning spanish, the class and tests got to be a bit challenging at times but she was always willing to help out, if your looking to take Spanish at K, definitely take her class if possible

such a good prof. knows how to keep you thinking even if it's 8.30 in the morning. if you don't understand her it's because you don't understand spanish. and i've never heard her yell.
